Frequently Asked Questions
1. Track Purchase

Click on the track you wish to purchase. You will be redirected to the track page.

Click Get Single on the track audio player found below the track information.

Click Continue.

Enter the email address you wish the track to be sent and click continue.

Enter your payment information and click Buy Now.

Click Download in MP3 to download the track to your device.
A link to download the track will also be sent to the email address entered prior to payment.
The email link will expire within 72hrs.
2. Payment Options
Payments from PayPal and leading debit/credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
3. Payment Security
This website uses Wix Payments, who are required to review and verify the information and the site content of anyone opening a Wix Payments account. Wix comply with authorities, regulators, payment processors and financial partners to create a transparent environment to help prevent any illegal activities or activities prohibited by it's payment processor or other financial partners from being conducted.
4. Track Format
All audio track downloads are in MP3 320kpbs format.
5. Refunds
Digital download product sales are not subject to a refund policy.
Customer service is our highest priority and in exceptional circumstances we're willing to discuss any purchase issues, providing a request is sent by email within 72 hours to admin@mad-mat.com
All refund requests must clearly state a valid reason and will be subject to consideration by MadMat Music.
6. Receiving/Downloading a Track
You will be given the option to Download in MP3 directly to your device. You will also receive a download link via the email entered that will expire after 72 hours.
Remember to check that the download link hasn't been sent to you junk folder.
7. Unable to Download a Track
If you're not able to download the MP3 to your current device, then you can still download the track to an alternative device using the download link sent to your email.
8. Purchasing the Wrong Track
Digital download product sales are not subject to a refund policy.
