Greetings loyal listeners
I write to you today, from my bed, where I am stricken with grief (and laziness).
A great sadness has overcome me, and I must tell you why.
My beloved dog, DJ, passed away this last week. A sad day indeed for everyone involved.
I was especially saddened that I could not see him one last time, for I am cursed to be living abroad! OH THE HORROR!
But I am reminded of all the good times we had together; some of which I will share with you now.
- feeding him the stalks of my brocolli at the dinner table (he could eat from a fork you know)
- his little excited face when we would take a car trip somewhere
- his constant stealing of underpants, and subsequent hiding of said underpants
- the way he would bark at the wind, blacks, Asians and gay's
- his repetitive barking at 6am when he wanted to go out for a wee
- the wee he would do at 6am after you didn't get up to let him out
I could go on, but after lying in bed all day it is time for me to pull on some pants, throw open the curtains and say "F*ck you world!"
I am glad you have found peace DJ - you will be forever remembered (I plan on getting a DJ tattoo in the next few weeks)
